• By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

• HerbnTerp reserves the right to change the prices of the products displayed on the HerbnTerp.com website at any time and to correct any inadvertent pricing errors that may occur.
• Currency: CAD for Canadian orders, USD for USA orders
• Applicable sales taxes applied to Canadian orders

Price Match Guarantee

HerbnTerp guarantees the lowest price on all our products. If you find a better price anywhere within seven days of purchase we will refund the difference. 

There are a few conditions:

• The product must be identical and in stock by a supplier.
• Does not include additional bonus items and extras.
• It excludes auctions or auction websites, wholesale pricing, members-only offers, second-hand goods, defective goods, typographical errors and free offers. 
• The product and price must be available for sale to the general public online and viewable online so we can verify the price. 
• The product must be an authentic item. Replicas or fake items are not eligible.

Shipping

• Your order will ship from our warehouse two business days from when you placed your order.
• Shipping is free for orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes)
• When your order has been confirmed you will receive an email. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder, if you are still unable to locate this email, please contact us.

Returns

Please take a moment to read our return policy before placing your order. 

• Your UNUSED order is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. 
• Returned items MUST be unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories also unused and intact.  
• Please contact us directly for authorization to return, please be sure to include your order number along with your request to return. 
• If your item has been opened, used, is missing components, or has packaging that has been damaged or is missing, your order won’t be eligible for a return. 
• We have a non-refundable Shipping & Handling fee of $15.00 

Changing / Canceling Orders

• Although we try our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee order cancellation or adjustments. 
• By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that your order and delivery information are accurate, including apartment/suite/unit numbers if applicable.
