HerbnTerp offers free shipping in Canada & USA on orders over $100.00 (after discount, before tax)
Herb N Terp is not liable for any items or packages that are held or seized by any government authority or jurisdiction. We do not provide reimbursements for any packages that are detained or confiscated.
Order Processing, Order Adjustments & Packaging
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
Your order will be processed within 2 business days in discreet packaging. Large orders may be split into two shipments, at our discretion and at no additional cost to you.
Although we try our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee order cancellation or adjustments. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that your order and delivery information are accurate, including apartment/suite/unit numbers if applicable.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping notification email from HerbnTerp when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to display tracking details.
Missed or Late Delivery
Since events beyond HerbnTerp’s control can impact the actual delivery of your order once it leaves our warehouse, HerbnTerp cannot be held liable for late deliveries. Still, we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. The delivery of orders is the responsibility of the shipping company, not HerbnTerp, but if the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us and provide your order number along with the details of your request so we may assist you.

All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation.
